Payment and Cancellation
These rules shall be governed by the PPT terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference. Together, these rules and the terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement.
Mechanism:
- You are signing up for a subscription-based service that will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- We may add, change or alter subscription products from time to time and, if you are impacted by any of these changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.
- The initial payment will be collected on the day of your subscription and will automatically renew in 30-day intervals thereafter on a recurring basis.
- By completing the initial payment, you are consenting and authorizing PPT to automatically collect this amount on a recurring monthly basis via their third-party payment gateway Stripe. Your credit card details will be stored with them, and you can review their Privacy Policy here.
Cancellation Policy:
- The minimum subscription duration is three (3) months.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason during the initial three (3) months, your card will automatically be charged for the full value of the three (3) months.
- To pause your subscription for a 2-week period due to illness, injury, or travel, please refer to our Freeze Subscription policy below.
- For cancellation after the initial three (3) months, follow these steps:
- Go to My Subscriptions under Profile.
- Find the active subscription package you wish to cancel.
- If eligible for cancellation, you will find a Cancel button.
- Re-confirm your cancellation and the reason for canceling.
Monthly Sessions Allocation:
- When subscribing, you can select from the following monthly session packages: 8, 12, and 16
- You must complete these sessions within 30 days from the credit date.
- Sessions not conducted within 30 days will expire and not be carried over to the next month.
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
A PPT member who has made an appointment for a Session may cancel or reschedule provided at least 12 hours' prior notice is given. You can make these changes via the Personal Training tab in your account or by contacting PPT at +971 54 700 3060.
Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Payments
You must provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment. Payments will be processed via a third-party provider. A confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email once the payment is made.
Freeze Subscription:
- You are allowed one (1) freeze period of 2 weeks during the initial 3-months contract period.
- You can freeze your package via the app under Profile. If eligible, you will find a "Freeze" button.
- During the freeze period, you will not be able to train using your paused subscription package.
- Freeze periods are available from month four (4) onwards, allowing one freeze every three (3) months.
Additional Terms:
- You may only have one (1) active subscription per account.
- Subscriptions cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash.
- PPT reserves the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds are allowed for subscriptions.
Pay-As-You-Go
Pay-as-you-go packages are available with the following expiry dates:
- 12 sessions: 30 days
- 36 sessions: 120 days
- 72 sessions: 180 days
- 144 sessions: 365 days
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You are entering into a commitment for the purchase of a select number of sessions. Refunds are not allowed for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, or leaving the country.
Session Expiry:
- Sessions purchased in pay-as-you-go packages must be conducted before their expiry date.
- Expired sessions cannot be transferred to another package, account, or exchanged for cash.
Additional Terms:
- You may have multiple active packages per account.
- Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash.
- No refunds will be given for unused or expired sessions.
