Payment and Cancellation

These rules shall be governed by the PPT terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference. Together, these rules and the terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy

A PPT member who has made an appointment for a Session may cancel or reschedule provided at least 12 hours' prior notice is given. You can make these changes via the Personal Training tab in your account or by contacting PPT at +971 54 700 3060.

Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Payments

You must provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment. Payments will be processed via a third-party provider. A confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email once the payment is made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You are entering into a commitment for the purchase of a select number of sessions. Refunds are not allowed for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, or leaving the country.
