Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) establish the terms and conditions that apply to and govern your access to and use of the website https://ppt.com, our applications designed for download and use on mobile, smartwatch, tablet, and other personal devices (“Apps”), and all features, functionalities, services, Content and/or our Services (as defined below) provided through such websites and applications (altogether, the “Digital Properties”) made available by PPT (“we,” “our,” “us”).

Please carefully review these Terms. This Agreement, together with our privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PPT regarding Digital Properties. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

By using the Digital Properties, and the features and Services made available through the Digital Properties, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older, have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and expressly consent to them forming a binding legal contract between you and PPT.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change as we continue to evolve our business and the Digital Properties or any part thereof. In the event of any changes, we will post the revised document here, and such modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Digital Properties constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

Access to the Digital Properties & Services

The Digital Properties and Services are intended for use by adults over the age of 18 who reside in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Digital Properties, you consent to their use in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically in Dubai, as well as these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Availability

PPT is under no obligation to maintain the Digital Properties or provide you with any related maintenance or support services. PPT reserves the right to render the Digital Properties, in whole or in part, unavailable or to terminate, suspend access to, replace, or modify them at any time.

Your Account

Certain sections of Digital Properties may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy

A PPT member who has made an appointment for a Session may cancel or reschedule the Session provided at least 12 hours prior notice is given. You can make these changes through your account or by contacting PPT directly at +971 56 660 2777 or info@myppt.com.

Subscription Rules

Subscription Packages:

The selected number of sessions per month will be credited to your account upon the collection of the automatic monthly payment. Sessions not used within 30 days will expire.

Pay As You Go

Sessions purchased through this model will expire within a set period, as follows:

Freeze Subscription

You may pause your subscription due to illness, injury, or travel. You are allowed one freeze period of up to 2 weeks during the initial 3-month contract period.

Payments

You are required to provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment. All payments are made in AED, and we accept online payments via Mastercard or Visa. There are no refunds for unused or expired sessions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai.
